Monthly Giveaway

                                                                                                                                 Community Blessing Mobile Detail- Official Rules

1. Eligibility
Nominees must reside in Kingman or Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Employees of High Desert Detail, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.

2. How to Nominate
Nominations must be submitted through the designated email method listed on our website. Each nomination should include the nominee’s name, contact information, and a brief story explaining how a FREE MOBILE DETAIL would be a meaningful blessing to them.

3. Selection
One nominee will be selected each month from the eligible nominations received during that month. Selection is made by High Desert Detail based on the information provided in the nomination. This is not based on likes, shares, or popularity. High Desert Detail’s selection decision is final.

4. Contacting the Selected Recipient
The selected recipient will be contacted using the information provided with the nomination. If we are unable to reach the recipient within a reasonable period, or they are unable or unwilling to accept the detail, High Desert Detail may select another eligible nominee.

5. The Mobile Detail
The selected recipient will receive one FREE MOBILE DETAIL as described by High Desert Detail. The service must be scheduled in advance and is subject to our service area, scheduling availability, vehicle condition, vehicle size, and applicable service limitations.

The FREE MOBILE DETAIL has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.

6. Vehicle Requirements
The vehicle must be legally accessible for service at an agreed-upon location. High Desert Detail reserves the right to decline a vehicle if its condition, size, location, safety concerns, or other circumstances make the requested service unsafe or impractical.

7. Photos & Publicity
With the recipient’s permission, High Desert Detail may take and share photos of the vehicle, including before-and-after photos, for community and promotional purposes. No photos of the recipient will be shared without their permission.

8. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to nominate someone or to be selected.

9. Changes or Cancellation
High Desert Detail reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise that make it necessary or impractical to continue. Any changes will be communicated through our website or social media when reasonably possible.

10. Liability
By accepting the FREE MOBILE DETAIL, the recipient agrees that High Desert Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, or conditions of the vehicle that may become more noticeable during or after cleaning. The recipient remains responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service.

11. Community Giveaway
This giveaway is being offered as a community act of kindness by High Desert Detail, a family-owned local business. Our goal is simply to give forward, show that we care, and bless someone in our community. 

High Desert Detail reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules.
